Rapidly changing visibility also expected at times.

Isolated to scattered non-severe thunderstorms are expected across
central and north-central Wisconsin this afternoon, and across the
entire area this evening and tonight.

Isolated non-severe thunderstorms on Wednesday.

Spotters are requested to report any occurrences of fog with
visibilities below 1/4 mile to the National Weather Service in
