* WHERE...Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay, and Lake
  Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sturgeon
  Bay.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Tuesday to 9 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
