* WHAT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 kts with gusts up to 20 kts and
  waves 1 to 3 ft.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
  to Sturgeon Bay, and Central Bay of Green Bay.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
