  strongest Sunday afternoon. Waves increasing to 5 to 8 ft by
  Sunday afternoon. Waves will subside late Sunday night.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
  to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
