...Patchy Dense Fog Lingering across Winnebago County...

Patchy dense fog continues to restrict visibilities across
Winnebago county late this morning. Although the visibility across
most of the area was still sufficient for safe travel at highway
speeds, some webcams around Oshkosh were showing a visibility of
less than 1/4 mile, which can result in hazardous travel
conditions. The fog is expected to improve by noon.
