* WHAT...Southwest winds to 30 knots with gale force gusts to 40
  knots becoming west and waves 6 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Grand Haven.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
