* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25
  knots and waves 4 to 7 feet. For the Gale Warning, northwest
  winds 25 to 35 knots and waves 7 to 12 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday.
  For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 8 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
