* WHAT...Southwest winds of 15 to 30 knots will shift to the
  northwest this afternoon. Waves of 4 to 6 feet are expected this
  afternoon and tonight. Another period of stronger winds and
  waves, likely to gale force will come Thursday night into Friday
  morning.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
