  extending from 8 nm northwest of Michigan City to 10 nm northeast
  of New Buffalo, moving northeast at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
