Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Much of Wrn NC...NW SC and NE GA
National Weather Service Greenville-Spartanburg SC
142 PM EDT Sun Oct 12 2025

.DISCUSSION...
A coastal low will slowly drift north along the East Coast through
the first half of the week. This system may bring rain to the North
Carolina Piedmont and eastern Upstate early tonight as it passes by
to our east. The low will then drift offshore by midweek, as dry
high pressure builds in from the west and brings above normal
temperatures to our region.
