.DISCUSSION...
1. Dry with above normal temperatures today. An isolated
thunderstorm is possible over the Smokies this evening and
overnight.
2. At least a A Marginal Risk of excessive rain on Saturday and
Sunday, which could lead to increased potential for localized
flooding. However, signals are mixed yielding low confidence.
3. Cool and dry starting Tuesday, with a warm up back to normal
by the end of the week. There will be a small chance of frost in
some mountain locations early Wednesday morning.
