.DISCUSSION...
A dry and mostly-sunny day is expected on Thursday, albeit with some brief,
patchy fog or low stratus around and shortly after dawn. Should be a good
day to mix out quickly in the morning once the sun comes up, but mixing
will be hampered by stable air aloft. Some potential for lower RH than
depicted here, but that stable air will prevent as much potential for
dewpoints to really crash. The odds of RH falling below 40% appear low
at this time.
Likewise, stronger winds will struggle to mix down, and so while occasional
gusts up to 15mph are possible, winds will generally stay light through
the day, mostly 1-5mph out of the N/NW. Winds may favor W over N at times
due to the shape of the terrain at the site.
