High pressure remains over the area for the next several days as
temperatures warm through the weekend. Extensive high cloudiness will
continue to move over the mountains through afternoon. TNW wind this
afternoon may be gusty at times up to 20 mph, but will diminish in
the late afternoon. The air mass is deeply dry, so a minimum RH dropping
down to 30 percent in mid/late afternoon is possible. he center of high
pressure will move over the mountains tonight with clear sky and light
wind, so the wind will be highly subject to upslope/downslope effects.
