increase late tonight and persist most of the day Sunday. If
temperatures are below freezing at the onset of precipitation,
freezing rain and/or sleet could occur for a short time before
temps warm. Wind direction generally should flip from an easterly
direction to SW Sunday morning, but if cold-air damming develops
and locks in more strongly than currently expected, easterly
winds and wintry precip may hold on longer. RH will ramp up as
precip moves into the area and remain near 100 percent most of
Sunday.
