North Carolina, western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and
evening. These storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours,
resulting in isolated nuisance and flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
