The following forecast zones have experienced freezing temperatures
this season, and Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories will
therefore not be issued again until the spring growing season
begins:

In North Carolina:
Avery, Alexander, Madison, Yancey, Mitchell, Swain, Haywood,
  Buncombe, Graham, Northern Jackson, Macon, Southern Jackson,
  Transylvania, Henderson, Caldwell Mountains, Greater Caldwell,
  Burke Mountains, McDowell Mountains, Rutherford Mountains, Polk
  Mountains

In South Carolina:
Oconee Mountains, Pickens Mountains, Greenville Mountains

In Georgia:
Rabun, Habersham

Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories will continue to be issued for
the following zones until a freeze occurs, or until November 11th,
whichever occurs first.

In North Carolina:
Iredell, Davie, Catawba, Rowan, Cleveland, Lincoln, Gaston,
  Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Greater Burke, Eastern McDowell,
  Greater Rutherford, Eastern Polk

In South Carolina:
Cherokee, York, Anderson, Abbeville, Laurens, Union, Chester,
