...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL MADISON COUNTY THROUGH
430 PM EDT...
At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Marshall, or 5 miles south of Hot Springs, moving
northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Marshall, Hot Springs, Spring Creek, Walnut, Luck, and Allenstand.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
