  Southeastern Franklin County in northeastern Georgia...
  Southwestern Hart County in northeastern Georgia...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 552 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest
  of Hartwell, or near Royston, moving north at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Royston, Canon, Bowersville, Vanna, and Franklin Springs.
