.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Moderate convergence in the
trade-wind pattern will bring scattered showers back to the waters
this afternoon. An increase in convergence and moisture ahead of
a surface trough will trend towards a wetter pattern for the
region starting Friday night and through the weekend. Gentle to
moderate easterly trades, become light to moderate southerlies
over the weekend, as the trough passes through. Combined seas of 3
to 5 feet are expected to continue this week.
