The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for Guam and Rota.

Tropical Storm Fung-wong (32W) has moved sufficiently far enough
from the Marianas to allow the bulk of the convection to move away
from the region, so flash flooding no longer poses a threat to Guam
and Rota at this time.
