...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An unsettled pattern caused by a passing tropical
    disturbance, Invest 96W, is likely to produce heavy showers
    and thunderstorms, some of which could result in localized
    flash flooding, particularly in central or southern Guam
    through tonight. Rainfall of 3 to 5 inches is possible over
    Guam and Rota through early Thursday morning.
