The Urban & Small Stream Flood Advisory will expire at 330 PM ChST
this afternoon for the entire island of Guam.

As the cloud tops are warming and rain cells stratifying, rain
intensity and coverage has decreased enough for Urban and small
stream flooding to no longer pose a threat at this time. More cells
incoming may potentially bring further nuisance flooding later in
the afternoon, so Flood Advisories may be re-issued, if conditions
warrant.
