0.01 inches of rain fell yesterday at Guam International Airport,
which allowed the KBDI to rise to 190, which is still in the low
category. Mainly isolated showers are expected through Thursday as a
drier trade-wind regime continues, which should allow the KBDI to
generally rise through then. Winds will remain moderate to fresh
through Thursday. Winds may pick up after that, possibly becoming
fresh to strong for the weekend, so keep an eye out for that. For
now, antecedent moisture will prevent widespread fire activity.
