0.08 inches of rain fell yesterday at Guam International Airport,
which allowed the KBDI to rise to 167, which is still in the low
category. Mainly isolated showers are expected through next week as a
drier trade-wind regime continues, which should allow the KBDI to
generally rise through then. Winds will remain gentle to moderate
through Wednesday. Winds may pick up after that, becoming moderate
to fresh in the second half of the week, so keep an eye out for that.
For now, antecedent moisture will prevent widespread fire activity.
