.Discussion...
A trace of rain fell yesterday at Guam International Airport,
which allowed the KBDI to risk to 279, which is still in the low
category. Besides for a weak trough passing near Guam around Thursday
night, a drier weather pattern is expected to develop across the
region over the next several days. Antecedent moisture will continue
to keep a lid on fire activity for the next few weeks at least.
Nevertheless, caution is still recommended for any outdoor burning
during periods when fresh to strong trade winds are present.
