.Discussion...
Short-lived showers continue to push across Guam ultimately limiting
the fast rise of the KBDI which is often typical of this time of
seasonal transition between the wet and dry seasons. Trade winds will
continue to dominate for at least the next week with a surge
anticipated later this week. While the KBDI has climbed slightly to
195 and the overall fire danger remains low caution is still
recommended with any outdoor burning during periods when strong trade
winds are present.
