0.05 inches of rain fell at the Guam airport yesterday, allowing the
KBDI to rise to 579, which is still in the high category. The shear
line that brought a little rain to Guam yesterday is fragmenting and
will be of little or no additional help. Through Wednesday, winds will
stay between 15 and 20 mph which can be critical while humidities will
remain above 60 percent, which will prevent critical fire weather
conditions. On Friday, the KBDI could pass the critical threshold of
600, however winds are expected to drop by then.
