...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CHST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  seas 10 to 12 feet.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to transition from east
  to south over the next few days as Tropical Depression 32W passes
  nearby to the southwest of Guam. As 32W approaches, winds and seas
  will become more hazardous and this may cause conditions to become
  hazardous for Tinian and Saipan coastal waters around Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
