...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM
CHST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A tropical disturbance known as JTWC`s Invest
  96W, is expected to bring fresh to strong southeasterlies as well
  as increasing southeast swell, which will produce conditions
  hazardous to small craft through at least late Wednesday night.
  Conditions are expected to steadily improve once Invest 96W moves
  away from the region to the west in the second half of the week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels,
should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
