...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CHST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A tropical disturbance, Invest 96W, is
  expected to bring fresh to strong southeast winds which will be
  hazardous to small craft through at least late tonight. Conditions
  are expected to steadily improve once Invest 96W moves away from
  the region Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce wave conditions hazardous to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels...should avoid sailing in these conditions.
