...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 PM
CHST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  seas 11 to 14 feet expected.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 4 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to transition from east
  to south over the next few days as Tropical Depression 32W passes
  nearby to the southwest of Guam. As 32W approaches, winds and seas
  will become more hazardous. The peak is anticipated for Friday
  sea conditions begin to fall.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
