.DISCUSSION...A high risk of rip currents is expected along east
facing reefs of the Marianas through at least late tonight, while
remaining moderate along north facing reefs for much of this week.
A moderate risk of lightning is expected today, as a trade-wind
trough enhanced by upper-level features moves in.
