A warm front lifts through the region tonight. The front brings an
area of rain showers to the waters overnight, with some fog
developing by sunrise Wednesday. A strong cold front crosses the
waters early Thursday, clearing out any fog and low clouds but also
bring gusty winds. Some gale force conditions are possible,
especially outside of the bays. Winds and seas will gradually
diminish into the weekend as high pressure builds across the Gulf of
Maine.
