COASTAL WATERS FROM STONINGTON ME TO MERRIMACK RIVER MA OUT TO 25 NM

ANZ100-020445-
931 AM EST Mon Dec 1 2025

.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM...
Marginal gales across the outer waters north of Cape Elizabeth ease
through the day. A progressive area of high pressure moves through
this afternoon, but the next low pressure system will follow quickly
for Tuesday. Tuesday snow and rain will overspread the waters as low
pressure passes just outside of the Gulf of Maine. Behind it winds
will increase and seas will build, and another period of gale force
wind gusts is possible on Wednesday. An Arctic front crosses the
waters on Thursday, with northwesterly gales possible again Thursday
night. High pressure builds in behind the front for Friday.
