Winds will continue to diminish this morning, but seas may linger
above 5 feet on the outer waters until Tuesday when a strong cold
front will cross the waters. As winds shift offshore they will become
strong and gale force gusts are possible, especially outside of the
bays. Winds will generally stay gusty for an extended period of time
with only short breaks between wind events.
