A cold front crosses the waters late tonight and early Wednesday.
Gusty southwest winds will shift sharply behind the front to
northwesterly. High pressure returns for the second half of the work
week and into the weekend, allowing winds and seas to diminish. A
storm stalls well south of New England this weekend and into early
next week.
