  seas 8 to 13 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Port Clyde, ME to Cape Elizabeth,
  ME out 25 NM and Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to
  Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeast gusts will continue to decrease,
  falling below 25 kt early this afternoon. Northwest gusts
  increase again on Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
