...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL ANDROSCOGGIN AND
CENTRAL CUMBERLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM EDT...

At 810 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Mechanic Falls to near Gray.
Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Auburn, Cumberland, Gray, Yarmouth, Raymond, Durham, New Gloucester,
Pownal, North Yarmouth, Windham, and Poland.

This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 58 and 71.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
