MAUI AND BIG ISLAND THROUGH 6AM SATURDAY...

.Strong trade winds near and upstream of the islands will
continue to produce large and rough surf along east facing shores
through 6 AM Saturday. The primary swell direction of the short
period swell will be northeasterly (030-050 degrees).

  Big Island.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
  will make swimming dangerous.
