...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR EAST FACING SHORES OF
KAUAI AND NIIHAU UNTIL MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...

.Surf along east-facing shores is expected to remain above
advisory levels through this evening for Kauai and Niihau, then
gradually decline below criteria by early Monday morning as
Tropical Storm Lala progresses west of the state.

* WHAT...Surf heights between 10 to 14 feet.

* WHERE...East-facing shores of Niihau, and Kauai.

* WHEN...Until midnight HST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
  will make swimming dangerous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heed all advice from ocean safety officials. When in doubt, don`t
go out.
