...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR NORTH AND WEST FACING SHORES OF NIIHAU
KAUAI OAHU MOLOKAI AND NORTH FACING SHORES OF MAUI...

.A moderate, long period northwest swell (320 degree) will
continue producing elevated surf along select north and west
facing shores through tonight. Another moderate, long period north
northwest swell (330 degree) is expected to fill in tonight
keeping surf elevated through Thursday afternoon. Surf will
gradually lower thereafter.

...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM HST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Surf up to 14 to 18 feet along north facing shores and 9
  to 12 feet along west facing shores.

* WHERE...Portions of Kauai, Maui, Molokai, Niihau and Oahu.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
  will make swimming dangerous.

Heed all advice from ocean safety officials. When in doubt, don`t
