Strong to near gale force trade winds and rough seas will gradually decline today as Hurricane Nolo remains several hundred miles southwest of the Hawaiian Islands, tracking northwest. Fresh to strong winds will veer out of the southeast tonight through Tuesday night as Nolo begins to pass west of Kauai.
