...HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING POTENTIAL EXPECTED FROM LATE MONDAY
NIGHTTHROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

A significant pattern change is expected late Monday night through at
least Thursday as deep tropical moisture is brought north. A
combination of surface lows and troughs will bring exceptionally
moist air over the state beginning late Monday night. Heavy rain and
isolated thunderstorms are possible throughout this period. Models
have not converged on details yet, so exact locations, timing, and
rainfall amounts are not certain. Please be prepared for periods of
heavy rain this coming week.

Internet (weather.gov/hawaii), local media, social media, or NOAA
Weather Radio broadcasts.
