Advisory is in effect through 6 PM HST Sunday. Winds will gradually
decrease Sunday night through Monday. Showers, partially driven by
Tropical Storm Moke, are expected to arrive late tonight. Heavy rain
becomes possible late tonight, and likely Sunday through sometime
Monday. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from midnight tonight through
6 PM HST Monday.
