.DISCUSSION...
High pressure north of the forecast area will remain nearly stationary
through the forecast period maintaining fresh easterly trade winds.
Hurricane Fausto will begin to weaken as it approaches from the east
as the current forecast track has it passing 120 nm north of French
Frigate Shoals on Thursday night as a Tropical Depression. A moderate
to large long period swell generated from Fausto is expected to arrive
as early as Monday, and peaking Wednesday through Thursday.
