Spot Forecast for French Frigate Shoals...NOAA Fisheries

.DISCUSSION...
The main weather concern over the next week, will be the potential
for tropical cyclone impacts over FFS around next week Monday.
Currently we have potential Tropical Cyclone One-C located near
15N142W this morning and will be tracking towards the west-
northwest over the next week or so. While there is still some great
uncertainty, we could potentially see a Tropical Storm or Hurricane
impact FFS early next week. Until then, fair trade wind weather is
expected with no threat of thunderstorms. A moderate to large south
swell will fill in slowly later today and peak on Thursday then
slowly decline through the weekend..
