            Media reported sand covering the roads with
            accumulations up to an inch thick at Ala
            Moana Beach Park. Sand was pushed about 30
            yards over the road and onto the grass.
            Parts of Ala Moana Beach Park remained
            closed as of Thursday, Sept. 10th. The
            Kaiser surf spot parking lot next to the
            Hilton also had sand and rocks covering the
            lot.
