.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A surface trough over NW waters will lift NW and dissipate by the
end of the week. High pressure will build far northeast of the
waters this weekend before a potential surface trough develops
north of the waters early next week. An upper level trough could allow
for some isolated thunderstorms over northern offshore waters.
