nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A trough N of the offshore area will weaken tonight and the high
building to the far NE will become the dominant surface feature
driving the trade winds. An upper low will track over the N half
of the area tonight through the weekend, bringing a chance for
thunderstorms.
