nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

Weak high pressure NE of the state will remain displaced by a
large low far to the N, keeping moderate trades in place through
the forecast period. A low will continue to pass just S of the
state today, bringing a chance of thunderstorms to the far S
waters through this afternoon.
