nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Tropical Storm Nolo is located west of the offshore waters today
and will continue to move westward away from the region as it re-
strengthens to hurricane intensity by Friday night. Meanwhile,
unstable tropical moisture on the periphery of Nolo is moving up
from the south, especially across the western waters. Easterly
trade winds will build back in by Saturday, decreasing cloud and
shower trends through the weekend.
